About the role
As our next packing shed supervisor, you will supervise, and direct packing shed staff to ensure produce is packed efficiently with a focus on quality, safety, and food safety. Some of the day-to-day duties will include:
* Prepare appropriate machinery and equipment for daily duties.
* Ensures all machinery adheres to food safety requirements.
* Supervise shed operations.
* Directs and monitors shed staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
* Clean and maintain end-of-line equipment.
* Maintain packaging consumable stock levels.
* Complete incident and hazard reports as required.
