Mayfield Early Learning Centre (MELC) is a private, family-owned and operated Centre. We are a 39-place centre catering for babies through to school age. Job Description
Our aim at MELC is to provide high-quality education and care supported by safe, welcoming, and nurturing environments following best practice guidelines.
We are currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic trainees to join our team.
The Role Involves
* Working as part of a team of educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another.
* Assist your team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.
* Ensure that all documentation of children's learning is visible and accessible to families and contains high‐quality information to meet regulatory requirements.
* Maintain positive working relationships with all team members through creating a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
* Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

* Flexible and reliable.
* Focused on positive child, family and community relationships.
* Able to work collaboratively within a team of highly experienced educators.
* Experienced within an Early Childhood setting.
