* Validate digital products through trials and performance evaluations in close collaboration with sales teams.
* Deliver insights by investigating market trends, customer pain points, and technical growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Strong technical acumen, Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications.
* A customer-first approach, ensuring technical support and solutions align with market needs.
* A collaborative mindset, working closely with the Engineering Team Lead and Product Manager to bring innovations to life.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and refine product designs for optimal performance.
* Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution of engineering activities, from validation to product documentation.
* Mining Experience (Excavators & Trucks) – Essential Hands-on experience working with excavators and haul trucks in a mining environment is a must.
