The Finance Change Manager is a key role within the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program, created to lead change across a major Finance and Payroll transformation. This role is designed to drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new systems and processes across the finance stream. This role would suit an experienced Change Manager with strong ERP transformation experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale organisational change. The Change and Communications Team is focused on ensuring MACS is fully prepared to realise the benefits of the DRI Program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Work closely with the Finance and Payroll Change and Communications Lead and the Program Change and Communications team to deliver successful change for the Digital Reimagination program.
* Design and develop Change approach and plans for their specific project and lead and deliver all change activities in line with Program Change Strategy and the agreed Change framework.
* Along with the Finance and Payroll Change and Communications Lead and the Program Change and Communications team, effectively manage and collaborate with the project team, business and other relevant stakeholders to undertake change impact assessment to identify impacts and determine scope of change management, including approach, plans, training requirements and schedule for their sub project.
* Support the development and implementation of planned change activities, communications plans and the design and delivery of associated engagement activities for internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and understanding of their project change.
* Work with the Program Change and Communications team to support and deliver the Business Engagement and Change Network sessions to build awareness and understanding of the change.

ABOUT YOU

* Demonstrated knowledge of change management methodologies and evidence-based practices that drive successful business transformation outcomes.
* Extensive experience in planning, executing, and monitoring change management activities across large-scale digital transformation programs. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP finance systems, including understanding of key integration points with procurement, payroll, and reporting functions.
* Understanding of core finance functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to engage with staff at all levels, facilitate group discussions, and negotiate successful outcomes.
* Strong leadership experience working across multiple stakeholder groups from diverse backgrounds to achieve alignment and commitment to change.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, including the ability to coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external partners, and Church agencies; collaborate with business and product owners to meet requirements; and build trusted relationships through a strong understanding of stakeholder needs and interests.
