Newly created role for a standalone Head of People & Culture within the banking sector.
Our client, within the banking sector, is currently experiencing continued growth and is now seeking to bring the human resources function inhouse with the creation of a standalone Head of People & Culture role.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for establishing the Human Resources function and setting the people and engagement strategies for the future.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Review and development of HR policies, processes and procedures
- Design and develop a people and culture strategy
- Find and engage with top talent and creation of talent pipelines
- Create a proactive, positive employee engagement process from onboarding through to exit
- Build a high performance culture and empowered leadership team
- Ensure fair and equitable employee relations
- Design and implementation of performance review, evaluation and remuneration processes
- Promote an inclusive workplace
- Ensure upskilling to address training needs analysis
- Development of graduate and internship programs
- Design and develop employee engagement and retention strategies
- Implementation of HRIS systems creation of reporting and analytics
