The major functions of the role are management of accounts, relevant reporting, general office administration and reception duties.
The primary functions of the role include but are not limited to:
General accounting duties
Reports & reconciliation
Assist in preparation of month end, year end close, by working within timeframes set to meet reporting timetables
Accounts payable
General office administration
Reception cover duties
The successful applicant will be a true multitasker with excellent organisational skills that enable you to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy are absolutely vital attributes you must possess to succeed in the role. These attributes should be supported by the ability to work efficiently, independently, and occasionally under pressure with a calm demeanour.
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent MS Word and Excel skills
Basic Financial knowledge/ Accounts Payable
Experience with SAP software would be a bonus
