About the Role
An exclusive, highly respected restaurant is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef / Senior Chef in Hobart, with relocation required. This is a rare opportunity to work in a concept-driven kitchen where menus are exhibition-inspired and creativity is as important as technical skill.
The successful candidate must be able to step into a senior role immediately, working autonomously while supporting services at a high level. Creativity, artistic flair, and technical excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Work across kitchen sections delivering service at a refined standard
* Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
* Support the kitchen during service at a senior level
* Contribute to conceptual, exhibition-driven menus
* Integrate quickly into the team and kitchen workflow
* Step into leadership responsibilities when required
About You
* Senior, experienced chef with strong technical skills
* Experience in fine dining, produce-driven, or concept-led kitchens highly regarded
* Creative, artistic, and open-minded approach to food
* Comfortable working in a structured and professional brigade
* Able to relocate for the contract period
* Passion for quality ingredients, detail, and presentation
* Calm, reliable, and team-focused
