This position is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced administrator or migration agent to build on their current skillset and expertise and become an integral part of our ever-growing company. Mentoring will be provided by our experienced agents.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate and experienced Migration Coordinator to join our dynamic and supportive Gippsland team!
This role will offer an unrivalled diversity, providing opportunities to contribute to the organisation's success within our migration activities.
**Core Responsibilities**:
Under the direction and supervision of our Registered Migration Agents, your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and evaluating documentation and evidence from clients
- File Management and management of the Migration Manager client portal
- Ensure all documentation received meets both company and legislative standards.
- Reporting on file status and preparedness for lodgement
- Diary management and client consultation organisation and preparation
- Implementation and management of quality audits and practices in relation to client files.

ABOUT YOU*
We'd love to speak with you further if you have:
- Experience in end-to-end immigration file management (desired).
- Understanding of immigration legislation and regulations (desired).
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work with tight or competing deadlines and shifting priorities.
- High level administrative experience.
- The ability to self-prioritise and assist with the prioritisation of others.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Empathetic nature with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Interest in international relations.
**HOW TO APPLY**
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Traralgon, VIC 3844: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
