We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for service to support all three Defence services in Cairns. This full-time role is ideal for those with experience in ERP systems, warehouse operations, or customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, check, and acquit stores under supervision
* Pack stock and prepare for dispatch
* Assist customers with kit issues
* Inspect and accept returned items
* Perform manual handling using various methods
Essential Requirements
* Defence background or Navy knowledge highly regarded
* Experience in ERP systems, warehouse operations, or customer service
* Valid Driver's Licence and own transport
* Strong computer proficiency
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
* Ability to work effectively in a team and customer-focused environment
