**The Opportunity**:
To maintain sales growth, the Key Account Manager position is a crucial sales position that supports Komatsu customers across the parts and service business by promoting Komatsu's goods and services. It is the duty of this job to see to it that value-creation goals are carried out to meet the needs of clients.
Reporting to the Mining Customer Support Manager, this role will assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain sales targets and growth while developing relationships key customer stakeholders.
This role is based in Rutherford with intermittent travel to Gunnedah.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain communication to key customer stakeholders while developing relationships
- Preparation of monthly reports on key client information
- Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain sales targets and growth
- Obtaining and compiling reports from HO / aftermarket division managers on warranty jobs, claims and reimbursement process.
- Lead aftermarket marketing initiatives to key customer stakeholders
- Develop and maintain account plans
