Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Our service department is seeking a motivated and friendly Service Receptionist / Service Advisor to join our team!
In this fast-paced role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while assisting them with their vehicle servicing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with service bookings.
- Schedule and manage vehicle service and repair appointments.
- Prepare quotes and invoices for service and repairs.
- Communicate with customers about their vehicle servicing needs.
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Scores.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
What We’re Looking For:

- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer feedback and concerns with care.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Well-presented with a positive and bubbly personality.
- Strong telephone skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- A current NSW driver’s license is required for this role.
