About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional corporate waiter/receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent composure, the ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure, and a high level of client focus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome clients, partners and staff in a professional manner, advising relevant parties of their arrival and direction to allocated rooms.
* Provide waiter service for meetings conducted on the premises including set-up, clearing and cleaning of meeting and seminar rooms.
* Liaise with Client Services team to confirm food, beverage and set-up requirements for meetings and events.
* Respond to telephone and email requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Main Requirements:
* Experience within hotels or corporate receptions.
* Utilisation of computerised booking systems such as Manhattan Space Scheduling Software.
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
* Working knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing equipment.
* Coffee making skills.
