Support Worker
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide trauma-informed care and support to children and young people in our Out of Home Care program.
Your role will be to help them heal, grow, and build a brighter future. No experience? No worries!
We welcome people from all backgrounds who have a passion for supporting young people and a willingness to learn.
As a Support Worker, you will provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people, helping with personal care, education, social activities, and independent living skills.
You will create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment, offer trauma-informed and positive behavior support when challenges arise, and encourage connections with family, culture, and community.
We are looking for someone with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to learning and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting children and young people and be available for rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends & overnights).
