Educational and Developmental Psychologist (or Registrar)

Part‐time – 3 days per week | Melbourne‐based | Flexible work arrangements

Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? Invictus Health is a warm, collaborative team of psychologists who share a deep commitment to evidence‐based, person‐centred care. We're looking for an Educational and Developmental Psychologist (or Psychology Registrar) to join our team part‐time (3 days per week) — with scope to increase hours over time.

About Us

At Invictus Health, we're dedicated to providing high‐quality assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services for children, adolescents, and adults. Our culture is grounded in mutual respect, professional growth, and shared learning. We value diversity, inclusion, and curiosity — and we pride ourselves on being a supportive and compassionate workplace.

About the Role

You'll work across a mix of clinical and educational contexts, supporting clients and families through assessments, intervention, and consultation. This role offers autonomy, flexibility (including work‐from‐home options), and the opportunity to shape your caseload based on your interests and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including ADHD and ASD assessments
* Provide therapy and support to children and their families
* Collaborate with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate records and uphold ethical, professional standards
* Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice
About You

We're looking for someone who:

* Is a registered psychologist (AHPRA) or a psychology registrar (Educational & Developmental pathway)
* Has experience working with children or young people
* Understands intersectionality, trauma, and neurodiversity
* Is willing and able to travel for school or outreach work (within reason)
* Communicates well and thrives in a supportive, collegial environment
What We Offer
* Flexible work arrangements (including work‐from‐home days)
* Genuine work‐life balance – no expectation of after‐hours availability
* Pay aligned with or above award wages
* A supportive, values‐driven team with excellent supervision and peer consultation
* Opportunities for growth and to expand hours over time
