**Salary**:
- $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 YearReporting to the Retail Go To Market Lead, the Retail Planning Executive will be responsible for the flawless execution of retail environment go to market (GTM) plans, from initial development and execution through to KPI monitoring and analysis.
- The Retail Planning Executive will also be highly interconnected with Brand and customer development teams, and play a key strategic role in identifying and recommending new retail opportunities and strategies for future business growth, as well as laying out a pathway to achieve them.

**Responsibilities**:
- Being a Category and Retail Marketing channel expert and using this understanding to help identify opportunities for mutual growth
- Own the entire go to market process from start to finish.
**This includes but is not limited to**:
- Retailer point of purchase execution (Bespoke and retailer led)
- Own the price list - management and communication
- Planogram development and communication in collaboration with the brand team
- Execution of priority ranking communication
- Management of perfect store and assets
Support the customer team with best in class execution of channel promotions and roll out within the field by providing insights on customer plans and working with relevant stakeholders on execution
- Identify commercial planning processes in need of improvement or creation then design/implement changes in collaboration with key stakeholders to drive better ways of working
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the impact of our category strategy such as pricing, promotional strategy, SKU prioritisation, ranging decisions, etc.
- Regular go to market (GTM) update comms to the commercial team at monthly discipline meetings.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- Experience in marketing
- Sales & customer management experience
- Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and networking skills to be able to work effectively across the organisation, locally and internationally
