The Role
Department Supervisor – rostered Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times. By applying, you're confirming your availability to work during these days.
Responsibilities
* Model exceptional customer service for every customer, every time.
* Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a 'service over task' environment.
* Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department.
* Support the management team to improve financial performance within your department.
* Work with the back‐of‐house team to ensure product availability.
* Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
Qualifications
* 2‐3 years of experience within retail or a related industry.
* Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
* Positive attitude with capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
* Excellent time‐management skills to execute daily priorities in a timely manner.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in social situations through engagement with customers and team members.
