About the Role
This position involves responding to IT-related inquiries and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Incumbents will analyze incidents to identify service restoration actions and perform incident investigation diagnosis and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to technical queries from end-users.
* Analyze incidents to determine necessary service restoration actions.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Monitor progress towards resolution of assigned incidents.
* Support the fulfillment of service requests.
Requirements:
* Excellent technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
* Proficient PC skills with proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
* Solid problem-solving skills with ability to think critically.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and colleagues.
Work Environment:
