We are after a motivated person to take on a sales role within the FMCG arm of the business in Perth, Western Australia.
The position would suit a fun, friendly and highly motivated individual who is great with people and passionate about all things food.
The role is a Sales and Relationship Management role focused on maintaining and growing an existing customer base whilst achieving set KPIs.
With flexibility and strong determination, there is always room to grow at Nocelle Foods.
The successful applicant will be confident to identify and grow new business opportunities as well as manage brand awareness and drive new promotions within existing customers.
Bringing new ideas and forward-thinking to the company will encourage personal growth within the business, alongside ongoing training and assistance where required.
Experience in a similar FMCG role is advantageous.
Salary and final position description / responsibilities are negotiable for the right candidate.
Role and Responsibilities Merchandising including store set up and displaysReplenish and arrange stock on shelves to ensure best product placement and visual appeal.Supporting stores with range implementations.A solid understanding, passion or interest for dry goods, organics and health foods.Store management across the territory looking for sales opportunities.A strong drive and determination to produce results and succeed.Selling in new lines / ranging points.Daily use and management of CRM program.Requirements Proven sales experience and knowledge of the FMCG industry.Proven track record of building rapport and creating long-term relationships.An existing network within the FMCG industry.Results oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on closing business.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent organisational skills.Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in meeting set KPIs.Must have a driver's license and be flexible with distance travelling.Why Join Us?
