You will coordinate personnel movements, ensuring seamless compliance with project requirements and industry regulations. Your ability to maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to driving successful mobilisations.Based in Mackay, this role is a full-time opportunity reporting directly to the HV Manager Mackay -Gladstone playing a key role within our High Voltage Team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage mobilisation processes, ensuring timely deployment of personnelArrange travel, medicals, accommodation, PPE and site access for all High Voltage personnelMaintain compliance registers ensuring all equipment and testing/maintenance is scheduled correctly (vehicle, QC Gauge, QA)Maintenance and management of employee training files and matrixCoordinates submissions of weekly timesheet ensuring they are completed correctly and received on timeRaising requisitions and receipting invoicesMaintenance and archiving of sensitive documentationWhat are we looking for from you?Previous experience in a similar mobilisation or compliance roleA proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExceptional organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience within the mining industry will be highly regardedCompetent in Microsoft Office applicationsGreat sense of humour and willingness to fit into a friendly, collaborative workplace that rewards hard workThink you know Ampcontrol?
