About The Role
Permanent full‐time position. Day shifts only, with no split shifts.
Responsibilities
* Supervise, train, and support café staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure the café runs efficiently.
* Meet budget targets and manage tills accurately.
* Lead by example to foster a positive work environment.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly.
* Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
* Manage stock and inventory levels effectively.
About You
We look for someone who has:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory/management position in a similar fast‐paced setting.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* A proactive, hands‐on approach to tasks.
* Quick thinking with strong team leadership skills.
* A motivated team player eager to inspire and develop others.
* Ability to effectively manage the day‐to‐day operations of the café.
