Field Operations Supervisor

In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of field technicians within our Service team, utilizing your ability to manage personnel and resources, engage proactively with clients, and motivate and inspire your team.
* Strategizing and executing repair/maintenance projects
* Monitoring material inventory control and technician scheduling
* Managing team performance and skill development
* Spending time out in the field developing business relationships
* Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction
Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications or equivalent experience from Construction or Vertical Transport Industries preferred. Full driver's license required. Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to interact with clients and ensure a positive impact. High emotional intelligence.
