TCR has a new opportunity available in our Coolangatta Workshop: Operations Support Administrator

Join a global leader in Ground Support Equipment Maintenance with opportunities to grow in a collaborative environment. Bring your driven attitude, eye for detail and organizational skills to assist our daily administrative duties.

As an Operations Support Administrator at TCR, you will

* Provide timely, accurate administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and, service departments.
* Process purchasing orders, work orders, timesheets, files and documents as required – as well as administrative and quality checks.
* Maintain an organised calendar and a proactive attitude.
* Support the team with general office duties including but not limited to mailing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
* Assist supervisors, technicians, parts interpreters, warehouse officers and operations managers as required.
* Promote a safety-first approach.
* Enjoy some time off We offer 2 additional "Health and Happiness" leave days per year.

To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:

* Experience working with Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience managing accurate and timely data entry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Fantastic organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your time.
* A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player
* Flexibility. Having the ability to thrive in a dynamic role, working with multiple team members and handling projects outside your original job description.
* Previous experience working in dealership/automotive/workshop settings would be highly regarded.
* Experience with SAP – highly regarded.
