CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Spare Parts Manager that is a hands-on and experienced who’s ready to take ownership, lift standards, and support our growing Sydney operations across two workshop sites. This isn’t just about managing parts-it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll be the critical link that keeps both workshops supplied, efficient, and running at their best. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the spare parts department including sales, inventory, and customer service Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure stock availability and competitive pricing Manage all spare parts operations within a leading semi trailer business Build trusted supplier and customer relationships for seamless service Drive team performance, profitability, and continuous improvement initiatives Our Ideal Candidate Solid knowledge of semi-trailer, and prime mover parts an advantage. A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and 5 years of trade know-how. Strong organisational skills to manage workflows across two workshops. Comfortable using parts programs and open to learning new systems. Detail-driven and reliable—no part misplaced, no site held up.
