**Regional Sales Manager - APAC**

Covering the APAC region, as the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying and building new and existing business relationships across large strategic accounts.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Market map the region and target key decision makers at the VP and C-level area.
- Develop and grow key relationships with new business and currently partnered organisations.
- Leverage the internal teams to build customer relations and solve issues to help drive demand and lead generation.
- Full sales cycle from research to negotiation and pricing - utilising all previous sales experience.
- Accurate reporting and effective use of the CRM system.
**Experience Needed**
- 5+ years' of experience selling SaaS or HR Tech.
- Demonstrated experience with a hunter mentality to build pipeline and exceed sales targets.
- Be a team player, yet be a self-starter that can work autonomously as well
- Genuinely understand solution selling and demonstrate this.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level.
- Willingness to travel. (20%)
**Salary and Benefits**
- Up to $350k OTE (50/50 split) + Super + Benefits
