About Us

Construction is now well underway for our new Sydney Chilled and Fresh Distribution Center (SC&F). Located in Eastern Creek NSW SC&F is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 75,000sqm multi-story facility will transform our chilled and fresh operations in Sydney, ensuring we deliver exceptional freshness, quality and range to our customers

What You'll Do

Lead, coach and mentor your team to create a "customer first" culture that delivers great results.
You will translate area plans into actual results, reviewing performance and identifying variances to improve future outcomes
You will lead a designated area to meet performance targets across People, Safety, Service and Value.
Play a key role in transitional activities, including collaborating with project teams, developing SOPs and participating in operational readiness
You will foster an engaged team environment through open communication, collaboration and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

A background in leading warehouse and distribution operations, ideally within a process oriented industry like retail.
Strong people leadership experience and the ability to optimise team performance and development
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Knowledge of relevant OH&S and Return to Work (RTW) legislation.

This role will be advertised for a four week period. Applications will be reviewed progressively and candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted for an initial phone interview. Please note that further progression to our Assessment Centre in early April is contingent upon a successful application and phone interview.
