About the Role
As a Pharmacy Services Representative, you'll combine training, customer support, and account management to deliver an outstanding experience for our pharmacy partners.
You'll help onboard new customers, provide ongoing education, and build strong, lasting relationships - ensuring pharmacies feel confident, supported, and set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
* Create engaging training content, including videos and resources.
* Deliver onboarding programs for new pharmacy customers.
* Provide ongoing education and product knowledge support.
* Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS).
* Host webinars and training sessions.
* Respond to customer queries across phone and email.
* Provide timely, professional support to pharmacy partners.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate where required.
* Drive customer retention and satisfaction scores.
* Monitor key performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
* Support customer growth and optimise service outcomes.
* Identify and engage new customer opportunities.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
* Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and growth.
About You
* Experience in account management, customer service, or as a pharmacy dispense technician.
* Exposure to Dose Administration Aids (DAA) packing (highly regarded).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
