As we build towards our busy spring/summer season The Grand Hotel Kiama is looking for a number of talented chefs to join our amazing team. Since taking on the hotel we have quickly established the venue for its quality food and beverage and elevated offering.
We are looking for talented team players with the right attitude to work in a laid back relaxed team. The owners have plans to redevelop the hotel and turn it into a South Coast icon so now is your time to join this journey.
It’s not about the amount of covers you can produce; it’s the quality and consistency we are chasing and need the right candidates to display this attitude.
