As an Earned Account Director, you will lead the development and execution of earned-first campaigns across PR, influencers, and social platforms.
You will build and nurture strong media and influencer relationships; that help secure top-tier coverage and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day client relationships, providing strategic counsel and proactive thinking, owning client account planning, budget management, reporting, monitoring industry trends and applying insights to earned content strategies and media approaches, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, pushing for bold and culturally relevant work.
Required skills and qualifications include 5+ years in PR, social or communications roles, ideally in an agency environment, proven success in developing and delivering earned-led campaigns that generate buzz and drive measurable results, strong media and influencer networks with a track record of coverage in key outlets, an understanding of how PR and social intersect with paid and owned channels, confident client leadership and excellent presentation skills, creative problem-solving, with a proactive and collaborative mindset, and experience managing multiple accounts, deliverables, budgets.
