Job Description
DuluxGroup is seeking a Business Development Manager for WA to drive business growth across the state.
This role involves engaging and influencing key stakeholders within New Home builder organisations to secure Dulux Interior and/or Exterior specification agreements.
You will operate with a high level of independence and strategic focus while contributing as part of the broader Housing and Trade team.
Pivotal to your success in this role, will be your ability to tender submissions across a range of DuluxGroup products and services to secure business and grow your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maximise sales and profit across the state by nurturing existing relationships, expanding emerging accounts, and converting new business opportunities
* Develop and implement a robust growth plan that targets both short-term wins and long-term opportunities with key customers
* Secure business across our broad product range including decorative coatings, render, texture and membrane systems, as well as cladding solutions
* Work closely with Dulux Trade and Acratex teams to align strategies, influence key stakeholders, and deliver a cohesive customer experience
* Develop and present business proposals to customers that provide a win / win outcome for the builder, the consumer and Dulux
