Job Overview
This is a remote position based in Australia, seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial projects, ensuring effective planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create detailed project programs and schedules for tender submissions, aligning with project timelines and client expectations.
2. Document methodologies, construction techniques, and resource requirements for tender proposals.
3. Develop site establishment plans, optimizing layouts for space, resources, and workflow.
4. Produce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using industry software.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
6. Implement continuous improvements in documentation processes and stay updated on industry best practices.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Experience in tender preparation and project planning within construction.
* Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and similar software.
* Ability to work remotely and collaborate across locations.
* Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
