About the Role
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for our customers to shop and always exceed their service expectations. You will 'WOW' every customer and make their visit an experience to remember. The most important people in Spendless Shoes are the Store Sales Team. You are the first point of contact with our most important asset, THE CUSTOMER.
Responsibilities

- Administer and implement company procedures

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role
- Preferred supervisory experience (not essential)
- Cash handling / EFTPOS experience
- Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge
- Ideally an understanding of sales budgets & KPI's
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoy quick‐paced challenging work
- Motivated to be successful
- Outstanding communication skills
- Confident and friendly
- Passion for fashion footwear
