Our NAM role is responsible for implementing and driving NP Brands' pharmacyand e‐commerce sales program (selected accounts), covering the NP Brands portfolio.
As National Account Manager, you will lead sales growth across major Australian pharmacy chains (selected account portfolio) and Amazon Vendor Central. The role is hands‐on and commercial — building r relationships in pharmacy, managing promotional strategy end‐to‐end, and owning Amazon performance including listings, advertising.
This is a national Melbourne based role with direct accountability for sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Sales & promotional strategy
* Develop and execute promotional strategies for selected Australian pharmacy accounts
* Implement national promotional plans with key retailers and the field team
* Negotiate cooperative promotional spend and incremental in‐store activity
* Analyse promotional performance and campaign effectiveness
Pharmacy key account management
* Present new line launches and ongoing brand marketing strategies
* Lead category and range reviews, including market and sales analysis
* Manage ranging, over‐and‐above spend, and incremental growth opportunities
* Maintain regular account meetings and structured follow‐ups
* Provide accurate sales forecasts for wholesalers and pharmacy customers
Field team leadership
* Manage the national pharmacy sales strategy with the broker field team
* Lead monthly meetings to set priorities and key selling focuses
* Deliver product and new line training presentations
* Execute the national field budget
* Forecast and manage POS requirements in collaboration with Marketing
* Provide regular sales and promotional reporting
Amazon account management
* Own Amazon Vendor Central performance for the Australian market
* Optimise product listings, reviews and A+ premium content
* Plan and manage Amazon advertising campaigns with Digital Marketing
* Forecast demand, manage inventory levels and promotional planning
* Manage new line launches on Amazon.com.au
* Lead weekly operational and performance WIP meetings with Amazon
Reporting & analysis
* Track sales performance across pharmacy and Amazon using IQVIA and Amazon tools
* Provide sell‐in and sell‐out reporting to Marketing and Australian stakeholders
* Prepare ad‐hoc analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
What we're looking for
Experience
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or grocery sales, or e‐commerce
* Demonstrated success managing national accounts or major customers
* Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central is strongly preferred
Skills
* Strong relationship management and negotiation capability
* Commercially minded and data‐driven, with solid Excel capability
* Confident presenter, able to deliver product and strategy presentations
* Strong forecasting, inventory and supply coordination skills
* Able to work cross‐functionally and guide external field teams
Other requirements
* Willingness to travel regularly interstate
* Comfortable working with remote teams and external partners
