Bid coordinator

Seeking an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer to join a collaborative team based in the Sutherland Shire. Working closely with Directors and senior leadership, you will take ownership of tender submissions across government, infrastructure, construction and professional services opportunities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing the full submission process and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Managing end-to-end tender and bid submissions Coordinating proposal content and documentation Writing, editing and formatting tender responses Managing submission timelines and stakeholder inputs Preparing capability statements and supporting documentation Reviewing tender requirements and compliance criteria Liaising with internal teams, Directors and external stakeholders Maintaining submission quality and consistency across bids About You Previous experience in Bid Coordination, Bid Writing or Tender Management Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, property or professional services environments Strong writing, editing and document formatting skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Able to work autonomously and take ownership of submissions Proactive, mature and confident communicating with senior stakeholders InDesign experience advantageous but not essential What’s on Offer Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership Exposure to major government and infrastructure submissions Collaborative and supportive team environment Long-term temp-to-perm opportunity Career progression and ownership of the bid function Initially office-based with hybrid available in future Salary $45-$55 per hour / $90k-$110 super This role would suit an experienced Bid Coordinator looking for more ownership, or a senior Bid Writer wanting to join a stable and growing consultancy environment.
