As an Inside Network Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationships with existing agents/distributors nationally, via phone and email channels, whilst growing this segment through targeted business development activities. The team will manage sales campaigns to targeted customers, ensuring follow up and reporting of campaigns. Regular audits ensure quality, compliance and the consistent application of Inside Sales policies and procedures. To be successful, you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth, helping us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with prospects and customers within agent territories to grow revenues with a dedicated focus on remote locations
- Onboard new small customers, ensuring a smooth transition into the agent-serviced model and support with onboarding of new agents
- Maintain and develop the relationship with existing agents and provide commercial support
- Investigate and resolve customer issues on all levels, providing technical and practical assistance where necessary
- Maintain agent-serviced customer portfolios
- Ensure all customers have a current standard contract and comply with it
- Support agent account management activity
- Work closely with the wider Inside Sales & Network team to ensure commercial alignment with both agents and related small customers
- Track and report account management and business development activity
- Participate in other work and projects as required; gather market information to support decision making
- Comply with health and safety regulations and initiatives

Qualifications & Skills (What we’re looking for)

- Proven ability to close sales and strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Up to 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Computer literacy and ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Google Suites (advantageous)
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively
- Innovative thinking and ability to influence leadership
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
- Can-do attitude with initiative to drive change and take ownership of change
