The successful applicant will oversee a team of teachers, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and knowledge. This will involve mentoring and coaching to enhance their abilities and promote best practice within the department.
A key aspect of this role is to advance our educational vision by leading the development of innovative curricula and promoting inclusive learning practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum, including ATAR, General, and Vocational Education and Training pathways.
They will be responsible for creating and implementing a Learning Area Operational Plan that aligns with our college priorities. This plan will focus on responsive and improvement-focused initiatives to drive student success and achievement.
