McIntosh & Son, Esperance has an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join the team on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Southern Group Administration Manager, you will support the service workshop facility through a range of tasks including invoicing, administration and phone support.

The key responsibilities include:
All administrative duties for the service department Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service Manager Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into e-Emphasys database Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance Other general departmental duties such as; attend service department meetings, take minutes, answer phones, take messages, and complete filing.
You will have:
Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment would be an advantage Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy Superior communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a high pressured and ever-changing environment Proficient in maintaining an electronic file management system.
