About the Role

BlueFit are on the hunt for an energetic Customer Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team and be the face of this exciting new facility. You'll:

* Create a warm and welcoming first impression for all patrons
* Assist patrons with queries about our memberships and services
* Drive membership sales and sign-ups
* Manage reception, administration, and daily front-of-house operations
* Motivate and support your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Ensure every interaction reflects BlueFit's energy, quality, and community focus

This full-time, leadership role puts you at the heart of the action, building connections and delivering the exceptional BlueFit experience every day.

About You

You're a customer service champion with a talent for building rapport, solving problems, and inspiring staff to deliver their best. You're confident managing front-of-house operations, handling membership sales and admin, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

* Proven experience managing customer service teams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Sales and administration experience

Qualifications Required:

* VIC Working with Children Check - Employee
* First Aid (HLTAID011)
* CPR certification (HLTAID009)
