* Travel to various locations across regional New South Wales, including Wagga Wagga, Hay, Temora, Tumut, Corowabarham, Berrigan, Deniliquin, Finley, Glenroy, Griffith, Holbrook, Howlong, Jindera, Lavington, Leeton, Lockhart, Moama, Mt Austin, Narrandera, Turvey Park, West Albury, West Wyalong and Yoogali.
This is a full-time or part-time role, with flexible hours and days from Monday to Friday. No shift work is required.
* The annual total remuneration package for this role is $125,000 (full-time equivalent).
* In addition to the base salary, you will receive 7 extra leave days per year (pro rata for part-time employees).
* You will be reimbursed for mileage at a rate of 88c per kilometre, in line with our travel policy, after the first 45 kilometres.

We are excited to announce that our Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS) team is expanding, creating new opportunities for Assessors to join our team.
This role involves visiting and assessing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC Assessment Tool in your region.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments for new residents, respite care, reconsideration, and palliative AN-ACC assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A kind heart and genuine passion for working with older adults.
* A tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline, with current and unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Suitable for Registered Nurses, Medical Officers, Occupational Therapists, or Physiotherapists with 5 years of experience delivering clinical services in an aged care setting.
* Current RAC Funding Assessor accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Act, AN-ACC Classification principles, and Quality of Care principles.
* The ability to work autonomously in a geographically dispersed team while maintaining focus.
* Technological proficiency.
* A current, unrestricted Class C NSW/ACT driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check.
