Client Experience Support Officer/ Reception
Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health – Sunbury VIC
We are seeking expressions of interest from team members who are enthusiastic about joining our supportive and friendly Client Experience team in a casual capacity across Sunbury, Kyneton, and Romsey.
As a Client Experience Support Officer, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, providing high-quality, client-centred service and administrative support. You'll work closely with service delivery staff and management to ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
* Provide accurate information about services and organisational processes
* Maintain high service standards that reflect our commitment to community wellbeing
* Support administrative functions and contribute to a positive team culture
About You
* You're a natural helper who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
* You bring positivity and teamwork to everything you do
* You're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new systems
* You can juggle multiple priorities with ease
* You have experience in a busy reception or front-of-house environment
* Experience in dental or medical reception is a bonus, but not essential
* Demonstrated commitment to person-centred, inclusive service delivery.
