We are working with a well-established organisation with a diverse commercial property portfolio to recruit an experienced Property / Leasing Administrator on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential to transition to a permanent role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational side of property administration and is confident interpreting leases, managing invoicing and keeping on top of key dates. While the portfolio is commercial, this is very much an administration-focused role, rather than hands-on property management.
What the role involves:
* Day-to-day lease and agreement administration across a commercial portfolio
* Interpreting leases, licences and other occupancy agreements
* Maintaining accurate records, critical dates and agreement schedules
* Preparing and issuing lease documentation, notices and renewal correspondence
* Tenant invoicing, outgoings recovery and arrears tracking
* Raising purchase orders and assisting with property-related financial processing
* Responding to tenant and internal stakeholder queries
* Supporting the broader property team with reporting, budgets and general administration
What I'm looking for:
* Previous experience in property or lease administration (commercial experience preferred)
* Strong understanding of lease documentation and agreement administration
* Confidence with invoicing, reconciliations and financial tracking
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and property management systems
* A professional, reliable communicator who can work autonomously
Why consider this role:
* Initial 3-month contract with genuine opportunity to go permanent
* Flexible working arrangements with work-from-home options
* Supportive, professional team and well-structured portfolio
* Great opportunity to step into a stable, process-driven property role
