About the team
As part of the People, Culture & Communications Function (PC&C), your mission will be to support the delivery of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategic roadmap for Telstra. Be part of an amazing team of passionate people to bring about real change.
The role with us
As a member of the Organisational Development team, and a trusted internal advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion mission. You’ll work with the team to translating our DEI strategy into action and deliver impactful, company-wide programs that are in line with Telstra’s strategic ambitions. Our goal is to make Telstra a great place to work for EVERYONE.
Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term position.
Key Responsibilities
Using your skills and experience, along with your passion for DEI, you will:
* Contribute to an agile team to develop and deliver a wide range of DEI related products, programs or initiatives.
* Embed DEI actions or initiatives into our people processes, tools, systems and policies, to improve internal DEI capability and culture across our organisation.
* Analyse quantitative and qualitative workforce data, translating data into insights that will shape initiatives and recommendations for DEI-related outcomes to ensure our DEI goals are met.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, recommend and implement programs and initiatives that are culturally appropriate, address inequalities, align with corporate strategy, consider team/organisational readiness, and are sustainable.
* Manage projects to time and budget requirements.
* Support internal delivery teams and/or vendors to deliver solutions.
* Support post implementation reviews (qualitative and/or quantitative) and the presentation of results.
* Stay across external and internal factors that impact DEI and use these insights to shape thinking, strategy and solutions.
