We currently have an opportunity for a **Contract Manager** to join our team. You will manage, oversee and deliver the contracted outcomes in line with the contract and the tendered position and in accordance with Spotless' policies and procedures to ensure a compliant, high quality and timely service is provided to the client, their customers and the Users of the facility.

The Contract Manager is further responsible for providing leadership, building growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of their business.

**What you'll do**

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

- Effectively determine the client's needs and expectations then develop and implement strategies to meet expectations.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance standards and KPIs are met and the contract deliverables are provided in accordance with the T&C's of the contract.
- Implements continuously improving standards for works and services focusing on the overall quality of delivery.
- Establish, manage and deliver financial results in accordance with established and agreed budgets.
- Effectively manage subcontractor activities associated with the contract. Audit subcontractors to confirm they adhere to business environment and OH&S policies.

**What you'll bring**
- Long term involvement in Facilities Management Industry.
- High level of management of financial statements, reports, and other performance data to measure goal achievement and to determine areas of improvement.
- A high level of understanding of OH&S law and regulations.
- Knowledge and understanding of work planning and scheduling practices and procedures.
- Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Maintenance, Engineering on trade qualifications, Business Administration, are desirable.
