This offer of employment is for a casual position commencing as soon as possible, with an agreed end date of 15 September 2026.

About the role
The Senior Communications Officer is responsible for administering and optimising a portfolio of TDS-hosted systems, with particular focus on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Student Placement Systems. This role encompasses system operations, stakeholder support, user training, knowledge management, analytical reporting, system configuration, and engagement with the University community to design and implement outstanding student experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities, demonstrated experience in software system administration, and the capacity to deliver accurate outcomes in high‐pressure environments.
About the Faculty/Group
The Student Relationship Management (SRM) Team within UNE's Technology & Digital Services is seeking an experienced communicator and systems administrator to join a dynamic and collaborative environment. The SRM Team is responsible for AskUNE, the University's primary communication platform supporting both students and staff. This platform underpins key student lifecycle services, including the school leavers Early Entry Admissions portal and the Advanced Standing (partial credit) applicant portal. Operating within the broader Technology & Digital Services division, the team plays a critical role in delivering reliable, student‐centred digital services that support the UNE community.
