Seize a Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized sales professional to join our team.
About the role:
1. Represent the company in the sale of equipment to customers within a designated geographic area.
2. Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
3. Implement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility.
4. Monitor trends in customer business and competitors' activity/products.
5. Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
6. Achieve sales objectives set by the company as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.
7. Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events.
8. Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
9. Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
10. Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
11. Timely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc. to Management.
12. Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to grow sales within a specified sales territory, and possess organization skills. They should also be able to balance multiple tasks and priorities, and have a strong communicator with the skill to effectively influence others.
