The Role
As a Guest Service Agent at Kings Canyon Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with front desk operations.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
* Familiarity with RMS or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
* Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
* Well-presented, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
* Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* A valid driver’s license is required.
