Daily Tasks
* Provide administrative support to the farming team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Manage data entry, record-keeping, and documentation for farming activities
* Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices and other financial administration tasks as required
* Calculation and reporting of end of batch results
* Maintain compliance records, assist with audit preparation and ensure internal audits are carried out in a timely manner
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
* Prepare reports and track farming performance metrics
* Support site safety initiatives by maintaining documentation and assisting with compliance requirements
You Will Bring to This Role
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an agricultural or manufacturing environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* A commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance
