BBO more broadly is responsible for the fulfilment, settlement and servicing of Commercial Lending products Including Business Lending, Merchant Facilities, Bank Guarantees, CommBiz and Audit Certificates for CBA. We support our Business Banking colleagues and all other segments in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses, franchises and large-scale corporate customers. See yourself in our team We have an exciting opportunity for two Customer Service Specialists to join our Commercial Discharges team. We are a fast-paced, deadline-driven team that manages a high volume of discharge requests daily on behalf of our business customers. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of discharge requests, meeting our operational objectives and deadlines, whilst maintaining strong customer obsession. Other responsibilities include: Providing superior levels of internal customer service by responding to and managing stakeholder enquiries, complaints and issues Identifying opportunities to improve the processes within your team or work area Undertaking investigations in respect to customer requests and/or as a result of transactional or exception-based issues Contributing to and/or completing reconciliations Completing general administrative duties as required Practising prudent risk management by identifying and responding to business risks We're interested in hearing from people who: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have the below experience as well as an interest in building their career within Commercial Lending operations.
