Crew Member – South Coast Surfacing
Fulton Hogan invites experienced individuals to join our South Coast Surfacing team based at Kembla Grange. The role involves hands‐on work on sites across the South Coast and southern regions of New South Wales, supporting plant operations and ensuring high‐quality asphalt production.
Responsibilities
* Support asphalt preparation and laying activities across multiple sites.
* Assist with plant operation, site set‐up and general labour tasks.
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
* Work collaboratively with crew members to deliver quality outcomes.
* Follow site procedures and safety requirements at all times.
* Contribute to daily pre‐starts, toolbox talks and team activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A current Construction Induction Card (White Card).
* Experience operating construction plant such as rollers, loaders, graders or skid steer (desirable).
* A strong commitment to safety, quality and team values.
* Reliability, a strong work ethic and a willingness to get hands‐on.
* Flexibility to travel, work away from home, and undertake night and weekend work.
* Current HR licence and/or plant tickets (desirable but not essential).
