Job Title: Store Operations Leader

* About the Role:
* Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.
* Motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and GRIA guidelines.
* Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
* Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing.
* Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships.
* Evaluate OH&S compliance in line with national and state requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
* A confident, hands-on approach with a passion for leading from the front.
* Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of success.
