As part of the Customer Service and Internal Sales Team, you will provide quality solutions to customers to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets in order to contribute to companies goals and objectives. This includes responding to customer needs, recommending solutions and a range of activities related to order processing-from quoting, taking orders to processing invoices.
You will need to display;
- Strong internal and external customer service focus
- Strong and transparent verbal and written communication skills including confident telephone handling skills and active listening
- Ability to develop close working relationships with customers
- Competent level of computer literacy (including MS Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Familiar with ERP/CRM systems and practices
- Previous wholesale experience or retail background would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined
- Reliable, punctual and committed team player
- Well presented in personal appearance and professional manner
- High level of interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to confidently relate to people at all levels
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
